These projects normally take place during the half-term and summer school holidays in different parks across Birmingham, and they give local children the opportunity to take part in a variety of activities, including playing in team games and engaging in messy play. The children and the community are given the chance to revisit gaps in their playful childhoods, and the project aims to empower local residents to reclaim their play areas and utilise some of the communities’ recreation spaces to its full potential.

This October the PiPs Halloween Event will be taking place in the following estates/recreation grounds:
28th October – Old College Road – Garretts Green
29th October – Optima Housing Association Community Hall, Bell Barn Road
30th October – Stonebrook Estate, Weoley Castle
30th October – Berryfields Estate,Walmley
