Join in on the day and swap screen-time for wild-time!

National Children’s Day UK 2014 will explore children’s need to connect with nature and how much the lack of this can impact on their health and wellbeing.

You can do anything on the day that helps to reconnect children with nature and promote their natural rights and freedoms – one-off activities or the launch of larger projects.

The Birmingham Safeguarding Children Board have spaces available on the following courses:

Please note: you need to have attended FCAF training (www.birmingham.gov.uk/caf) and your own Directorate’s Introduction to safeguarding (Target Group 1) and/or Child Protection for Managers (Target Group 2) before attending any Birmingham Safeguarding Children Board multi-agency course (Individual course prerequisites can be found under BSCB Course Details on the website). 

Booking Conditions:

• All training courses / conferences / events are free to attend. However, to discourage non-attendance there is a cancellation fee. Organisations will be charged for non-attendance. (A copy of the BSCB Attendance at Multi Agency Training Policy can be found on the BSCB website).
• Managers permission must be obtained to attend a Birmingham Safeguarding Children Board training course.
• A budget code / invoice address must be provided at the time of booking
• All cancellations must be made in writing via contactus@lscbbirmingham.org.uk
