BPCN launches partnership with Birmingham’s famous German Market

Every year Birmingham’s renowned Frankfurt Christmas Market comes to town, an eagerly anticipated mark on the calendar providing the seal of approval for the region that Christmas is well and truly on its way.

A new stall on the Market

But this year, the 50th German Market in Birmingham, reveals at least one brand new stall, belonging to Birmingham PlayCare Network.

Willmott Dixon partnership

The charity has joined forces with Willmott Dixon, official partner for the Market, in order to help promote and distribute Christmas products including wreaths and mini Christmas trees generated by materials from The Scrapstore Birmingham.  Josh Mitchell, Manager of The Scrapstore Birmingham said:

“This is a great opportunity for us to get some exposure in the region. We not only want to spread the festive spirit, but also the message that unwanted materials really can have new leases of life, and we can stop offcuts and materials from going to landfill a lot more.”

The German Market will run for a prolonged period this year when compared to previous years, available between Thursday 17th November to Tuesday 29th December.
