Meynell Games Group offers “trip of a lifetime” for selection of play workers

Play work provider and training organisation Meynell Games Group has recently obtained European funding allowing the facilitation of a “trip of a lifetime” for a selection of lucky play workers.

European Trips scheme

This is the sixth year that the Group is running its European Trips scheme, with this year providing the opportunity for 34 experienced UK-based play workers to take advantage of the one-off chance.

Destinations for the trips include Ireland (Dublin), Spain (nr Jerez), Germany (Hamburg), Denmark (Odense and Copenhagen) and Sweden (Stockholm). Meynell Walter of Meynell Games Group said:

“We would really like to cast our net wider than we have in the past. We have the opportunity to give 34 people from the play work sector a trip of a lifetime.

“Nearly everyone who has been on previous visits have found them to be useful in their everyday work and also great for their own professional development.”
